Shipping and Returns Policy

  • Once item is received, CardsOz takes no responsibility for the condition of the product

  • CardsOz does not offer refunds

  • CardsOz offers shipping Australia wide!!

  • When electing to use the regular untracked shipping option, CardsOz is not responsible for items that are not received directly from Australia Post, for any reason

  • CardsOz offers free express shipping on all orders over $499.99 AUD

  • All orders made before 7am AEST will ship either the same business day, or the following business day.

  •   We ship through Australia Post and pack carefully using cardboard, often bubble wrap, team sleeves, top-loaders and padded bags where applicable. 

  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.  Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.
